Four Seasons Home Improvement provides residential home improvement services in Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. All work is performed under written contract with itemized pricing, agreed timelines, and applicable warranties.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates provided through our website, chat, phone, or in-home consultations are non-binding until reduced to a signed written contract. Pricing may change based on discovered conditions, material market fluctuations, or scope changes — all changes documented in writing before work proceeds.
Warranties
Specific warranties for individual projects are documented in your signed contract. In general, we offer:
- Manufacturer warranties on installed products, as published by the manufacturer
- Four Seasons workmanship warranty on our labor, with specific terms documented in your contract
Warranties exclude damage from acts of nature, misuse, modifications by others, and normal wear.
Payments
Payment terms are documented in your individual project contract. Standard structure is a deposit at signing, progress payments tied to construction milestones, and a final payment at completion. Late payments may incur fees as specified in your contract.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, and code — is owned by Four Seasons Home Improvement or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
